A. Gold is a very electro-conductive metal there is always going to be a little bit of static involved.
We recommend that you to take out the Edible Gold or Silver from the containers using a very soft synthetic brush, and proceed by placing the Edible Gold/Silver Leaf in a stainless steel bowl. Best way to store it is in an environment with a 50% – 55% humidity, it is best to avoid contact with moisture.

Q. Will the capsules dissolve quickly if dropped in a cocktail?
A. The capsules are produced under carefully controlled conditions. Controls are performed continuously throughout the process and guarantee that capsules conform to the straightest quality standards.

Recommended transportation temperature 15 25 degrees Celsius at a relative humidity of 35% – 65% (at boiling point capsules disintegrate instantaneously, at room temperature capsules disintegrate very slowly).

We are using the capsule as a container only for management of the portions and for clean delivery of the product. We recommend customers to twist open the the capsules, pour the product (24K Edible Gold and Edible Silver product in the drinks, cocktails, shots, food or desserts) ant dispose the capsules.
Q. If moisture gets into a jar of capsules, will the capsules stick together?
A. If moisture gets into a jar of capsules, the capsules will stick together. we recommend to transport them in the jars provided, and keep the jars under low humidity.
