Anna Kuznetsov is the founder of Anna’s Cakery. Born in Russia, Anna claims she was “baking before she walked” — her earliest memories are of helping her grandmother create and decorate amazing baked goods for friends and family. Anna has taken extensive cake and pastry classes here and in Europe, and is known to be an expert in sugar art, marzipan, truffles, sugar flowers, and more.

It has always been a tradition of Anna’s to bake the wedding cake for all family members and close friends. At their urging, she has finally turned this into her business, so that everyone can experience her one-of-a-kind cakes and pastries.

Prior to opening Anna’s Cakery, Anna was in the fashion industry where she specialized in designing fur hats and accessories. Her eye for fashion and aesthetics is readily apparent in her cake masterpieces.
